About Pumpkin Beetles
These beetles are most known for their
extensive diet on fresh garden and farm produce. Although these grubs are known
to be root feeders, they are capable of eating the leaves, flowers and fruits
of plants. Pumpkin beetles are also known to be more active during the late day
than the early morning. They are also known in other parts of the world as the
Cucumber beetle.
